We take a “boots on the ground” approach when searching for opportunities that yield risk-adjusted returns for our investor group.

Here at Aqua Marble Group, we deeply understand our markets by utilizing carefully nurtured broker, appraiser, banker, and commercial real estate advisor relationships to structure rare opportunities. We specialize in the acquisition, ownership, and management of high-quality real estate assets that delivers exceptional value to our partners and residents.

Our Founder & Principal

Jahmaal oversees acquisitions and asset management for the firm. Jahmaal started in the real estate profession by taking on the role of property manager and asset manager for a private commercial portfolio valued over $10MM, in New York City, New York. He transitioned to one of the top commercial real estate advisory firms in the U.S., where he and his team were executing commercial appraisals for 300+ unit multifamily properties in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. He obtained a license from the DC Real Estate Board of Appraisers while there. The average asset he and his team appraised would valuate at approximately $250MM. Jahmaal brings his extensive understanding of property management, asset management, and commercial appraisal valuation when acquiring assets. In his leisure time, Jahmaal enjoys spending time with family, exercising, and trying new restaurants.
