Jahmaal oversees acquisitions and asset management for the firm. Jahmaal started in the real estate profession by taking on the role of property manager and asset manager for a private commercial portfolio valued over $10MM, in New York City, New York. He transitioned to one of the top commercial real estate advisory firms in the U.S., where he and his team were executing commercial appraisals for 300+ unit multifamily properties in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. He obtained a license from the DC Real Estate Board of Appraisers while there. The average asset he and his team appraised would valuate at approximately $250MM. Jahmaal brings his extensive understanding of property management, asset management and commercial appraisal valuation when acquiring assets. In his leisure time, Jahmaal enjoys spending time with family, exercising, and trying new restaurants.
